5. Purpose of data processing and faculty to provide data
Apart from what is specified for browsing data and technical cookies, users are free to provide their data by filling in the forms posted on the website to consent the sending of newsletters, information material or other communications and, more generally, for the purposes mentioned in the informative specifications. If the user fails to provide that data when requested, we may not be able to provide the requested services.
6. Modalities of data processing
Our company, acting in the capacity of data controller, and the external processors specified below are authorized to process personal data, collected through the use of the website and the functionalities activated on request of the user, in paper format and/or by automated tools for the time strictly necessary for the purpose for which they have been collected or the one voluntarily provided by the user.
Pursuant to Article 32 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, specific security measures are adopted to prevent data loss, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access.
Data are managed only by personnel authorized by the data controller. In case of need, personal data related to the management and maintenance services of the Site can be processed by the company Arillo GmbH, Grubener Strasse, 10243 Berlin, Germany, who is in charge of the technical maintenance of the platform and is appointed as external data processor, in accordance with Article 28 of Regulation 679.
In case of necessity, the personal data related to job applications can be processed by personnel of the company Looptec New Media GmbH, Via Enrico Fermi 20, 39100 Bolzano, Italy, who is responsible for the technical maintenance of the Site and processes data on behalf of Biometic in accordance with Article 28 of the Regulation 2016/679.
Personal data of the user can be communicated to MailChimp/The Rocket Science Group, LLC. for the following purposes: marketing and newsletters.
No personal data will be disseminated.
The personal data will be used for profiling purposes of the user in order to adapt communications.
7. Rights of data subjects
